2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made exclusively online through our official website.
- An advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, rates for confirmed bookings will remain unaffected.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Same-Day Bookings: Cancellations are not allowed on the day of your visit. Once a same-day reservation is made, it is final and non-refundable, regardless of the time of booking or reason for cancellation.
- Advance Bookings: Cancellations are Allowed before 1 day of your Visit.
- How to Request a Cancellation To cancel your reservation, please fill out our online form. You will be asked to provide your Booking ID. This unique ID was sent directly to your registered WhatsApp number at the time your reservation was confirmed.
